It's easy! You can use the return label attached to your order for return shipping 🙌🏼
When using a return label, we deduct 5€ from your refund. If the package has been waiting for pick up at a Pakkeshop for more than 14 days and automatically sent back to us, we will deduct 10€ from your refund.
